Sponsor the Sharks
The Westview Sharks Swim Team was founded over 45 years ago. Our purpose is to organize and prepare athletes ages 5-18 to participate in competitive swimming. Our team focuses on teaching, developing, and refining the skills needed to perform the 4 swimming strokes used in competitive swimming (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke).
Our team emphasizes good sportsmanship and team building, while providing a safe environment that allows our athletes to grow both physically and emotionally.
Our 100 athletes compete every summer in the South West Swim League, against teams located in Olmsted Falls, Berea, Medina, and North Royalton. The attendance at our swim meets averages over 200 people between athletes and spectators, and our Championship meet averages over 400 people.
